Good morning, Wolf!! This poem strikes a chord in me. I've been working on this for awhile - especially the thought in the first verse to "set" the day. It does work. If I'm mindful enough in the morning to set a tone and attitude for the day, it actually holds - it's the big "if" though that I have to pay attention to. It's a joyous day and I want to reflect that!
I have really been pondering that Gandhi post. The word "integrity" keeps coming forward for me - integrity of thought, word, action. There is actually a Kabbalah toning meditation that addresses this and I have tweaked my focus based on this thought.
