The orange
Can you tell me where you've heard this?
I've been looking for the original citation and can't find it.
People are like fruit. Take an orange, for instance. If you squeeze an orange, juice comes out. If it is sweet, that is what was inside the orange. If it is rancid, that same rancid juice was inside the orange.
People are the same. When they are squeezed, by pressure or adversity, you see what was inside in the first place. If it is sweet, that is what was there; likewise if it is rancid.
Anyone know the original source of this? Lots of people seem to pick up on the theme but I haven't found who first said it. -- In peace, Wolf

Wolf, that particular quote I don't know, but the principle is stated in the Bible. One instance is as a man/woman/person thinks in their heart, so are they - (more or less PC'd) Another is related to knowing a person by the words that come out of their mouth - maybe even by their actions. Not only did Jesus speak the principle, he lived it out. Remember his comments on the cross? There are more but I haven't been up on my biblical studies these days and have lost a lot of addresses concerning references and accuracy of quotes.

This site is a great resource for information on Reiki. Keep the great work up. I have been working on Reiki for a very long time and have lots of information on reiki healer. This is another reason why I could say that your site is resourceful. Reiki Experts is a good source of Reiki Information. Thanks for the information. I am sure lot of Reiki masters and Reiki Healers would refer to your site for updates.
